How Utah contract deadlines are counted
The REPC’s deadlines are dates written into Section 24, each ending 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time, and nothing moves for weekends or holidays. Earnest money is due 4 days after Acceptance. A new REPC is reported to take effect Jan 1, 2027.
