Lisa has been in real estate operations since 2012, with earlier work in hospitality, administration and project management — three fields that turn out to be excellent training for keeping seven parties and forty deadlines pointed at the same closing date.
She built Simply Closed after watching too many agents lose deals to administrative slippage that had nothing to do with their skill as agents. The premise has not changed since: an agent’s time belongs in front of clients, and a file’s deadlines belong to someone whose entire job is deadlines.
What did change is the tooling. In 2026 Simply Closed partnered with ReBillion to put an AI layer underneath every file — contract parsing, timeline generation, file validation — so coordinators spend their hours on judgment and follow-through rather than transcription.

AI extraction is fast and occasionally wrong. Every date is checked against the document by a human before it drives anything.
