Who we are
Simply Closed provides real estate transaction coordination services to agents, teams and brokerages in the United States. You can reach us at hello@simplyclosed.com or on (346) 423-3500.
What this website collects
This website does not run contact or quote forms and does not ask you to enter personal information. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to put in that email. Our web server keeps standard access logs — IP address, browser type, referring page and pages viewed — which are used to operate and secure the site.
Booking a call
When you click any “book a call” or “get a quote” link, you are taken to a scheduling page hosted by ReBillion at launchpad.rebillion.ai. That page is operated by ReBillion, not by this website, and anything you enter there — your name, email, phone, company, transaction volume and the states you work in — is collected under ReBillion’s own privacy practices. Simply Closed receives that information in order to respond to you.
Client and transaction information
When you engage us, we process the transaction documents needed to coordinate your file. Those documents necessarily contain personal information about the parties to a real estate transaction — buyers, sellers, and third parties such as lenders, title and escrow officers, attorneys and inspectors. We process it solely to perform the coordination service you engaged us for.
AI processing
Transaction documents are processed by our technology partner, ReBillion, to extract transaction data, build timelines and validate file completeness — solely to deliver your coordination service. Your documents and client data are not sold, are not shared outside your transaction, and are not used to train publicly available AI models.
How we use information
- To deliver the transaction coordination services you engaged us for

- To communicate with parties to your transaction, on your instruction
- To meet our own record-keeping and legal obligations
How we share information
We share information only as needed to perform the service: with parties to your transaction as you direct, with your brokerage for compliance submission, and with service providers who support our operations under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Transaction records are retained for as long as the applicable state’s real estate record-keeping rules and your brokerage’s policy require, and are then deleted. Where those periods differ, we keep to the longer one. Enquiry correspondence that does not become an engagement is deleted within twelve months.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to personnel working on your transactions.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA and CPRA. Write to hello@simplyclosed.com and we will respond within the period your state requires. Information you entered on ReBillion’s booking page should also be raised with ReBillion, and we will help you reach them.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising trackers. Where we use analytics to understand which pages are useful, it is configured to measure page views rather than to build a profile of you.
Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
Any change to this policy is posted on this page with an updated date.
