How Washington contract deadlines are counted
Days start the day after mutual acceptance and end at 9:00 p.m. A period ending on a Saturday, Sunday or Washington legal holiday moves to the next business day (except possession). Periods of 5 days or less skip weekends and legal holidays entirely, so they are shown as business days.
