How Indiana contract deadlines are counted
Calendar days ending 11:59 p.m.; nothing moves for weekends or holidays. Most periods are blanks in the form. A late seller disclosure gives the buyer 2 business days to rescind (IC 32-21-5-13).
- Standard form
- Indiana REALTORS Purchase Agreement (Improved Property), Form 02 (July 2024)

- Holidays used

- Weekends and holidays
- Under the Indiana REALTORS Purchase Agreement, Form 02, deadlines generally do not move when they land on a weekend or holiday.
