How Hawaii contract deadlines are counted
Calendar days ending 11:59 p.m. Hawaii time. Only the closing date moves, to the next day the Bureau of Conveyances can record. By statute the seller delivers the disclosure statement within 10 days of acceptance, and the buyer then has 15 days from receipt to rescind.
