- Signed listing agreement
- Seller contact details and availability for vendor scheduling
- Property details: address, APN, HOA, any known conditions
- Your preferred photographer and any vendors you want used
- Target go-live date
What happens next
- Coordinator assigned and seller contacted the same business day
- Photography and any staging or measuring booked to the seller’s calendar
- Disclosure package collected and executed
- MLS record built as draft, proofread against public record, sent to you for approval
- Activated on your go-live date
