Deadline reminders, document requests and scheduling for your transactions, by text, only if you ask for them.
What you’ll receive
Simply Closed Transaction Updates is a text program run by Simply Closed LLC for the agents, clients and transaction parties we work with. Messages cover the transactions we coordinate and the calls you book: contract milestone and deadline reminders, document and signature requests, closing and appointment scheduling, discovery-call confirmations, and replies to your questions. We never send marketing texts on this program.
Message frequency varies with transaction activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Four ways to opt in
1. When you book a call or request a quote
The booking form at launchpad.rebillion.ai (reached from any “Book a call” or “Get a quote” button on this site) includes an optional SMS consent box. It is not pre-ticked, and you can book without ticking it. It reads:
I agree to receive text messages from Simply Closed LLC about my transactions and booked calls, including deadline reminders, document requests and scheduling. Message frequency varies. 2. When you engage us
Our client onboarding and intake form includes the same optional consent wording, for the agent and for any client the agent has confirmed wants text updates.
3. By texting a keyword
Text START to (346) 423-3500. You will receive: “Simply Closed: You’re subscribed to Transaction Updates. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
4. On a call with a coordinator
A coordinator will ask: “Would you like to receive text updates from Simply Closed about this transaction? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.” We only add your number if you say yes, and we record the date and time of your consent.
Help and opting out
Reply HELP to any message, email hello@simplyclosed.com or call (346) 423-3500. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; you’ll get one confirmation and nothing further. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
